Who we are
This website is operated by Upline, Inc. (“Upline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 301 E Archer St, Tulsa, OK 74120, United States.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit uplineinsurance.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing website only. If you are a customer using the Upline product, the handling of data inside the product is governed by your agreement with us rather than by this page.
What this site is for
This site exists to explain what Upline does and to let prospective customers get in touch with us — by submitting the demo request form or by booking a meeting. We are not selling anything through this website, and we do not sell personal information.
Information you give us
| Demo request form | Your name, work email address, agency name, agency website (optional), and anything you write in the message field. |
|---|---|
| Booking a meeting | Calendly collects your name, email address, the answers to its booking questions (such as your company name and job title), and your selected meeting time. |
| Email or other contact | Whatever you choose to include when you contact us directly. |
Information collected automatically
When you browse this site, we and our providers collect:
| Device and browser | Browser and version, operating system, device type, screen and window size, language, and time zone. |
|---|---|
| Network | Your IP address, and the approximate city, region, and country derived from it. We do not collect precise GPS location. |
| Usage | Pages viewed, time spent on a page, how many times you have visited, and whether you are a returning visitor. |
| How you found us | The website that referred you, the page you first landed on, and any campaign tags or advertising click identifiers in the link you followed (for example utm_source, Google’s gclid, Meta’s fbclid, Microsoft’s msclkid, or LinkedIn’s li_fat_id). |
| Session activity | Microsoft Clarity may record your interactions with pages — mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks — to produce heatmaps and session replays. Clarity masks text input by default, but please do not type sensitive information into this site. |
Cookies and similar technologies
We set a small number of first-party cookies that record where you originally came from, so that if you fill in our form weeks later we still know which campaign or referral brought you here. These cookies contain campaign information and a randomly generated visitor identifier. They are not tied to your name or email unless and until you submit the form. They expire after one year.
Our advertising and analytics providers also set their own cookies and use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies specifically. Blocking them will not stop you from using this site.
The tracking technologies we use
These are the third-party services currently active on this website:
| Google Tag Manager | Loads and manages the other tags on this list. It does not itself collect analytics data. |
|---|---|
| Google Analytics (with Google Signals) | Measures site traffic and behaviour. Google Signals allows Google to link activity across devices for signed-in Google users and to use that data for advertising personalisation. |
| Google Ads | Records when a form submission or booking follows an ad click, so we can measure which advertising works. |
| Meta Pixel / Facebook Custom Audiences and Facebook Connect | Measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and allows us to show ads to people who have visited this site. |
| Microsoft Clarity | Produces heatmaps and session replays showing how visitors move through pages. |
| Fathom Analytics | Privacy-focused traffic measurement. Fathom does not use cookies and does not build cross-site profiles of visitors. |
| Calendly | Powers the booking calendar embedded on our demo pages. When you book, Calendly receives the information you enter plus the campaign tags described above. |
| Google Fonts and Google hosted assets | Deliver the fonts and some assets used on this site. Loading them shares your IP address with Google. |
| Vercel | Hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it. |
How we use this information
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule and prepare for a demo.
- To understand which marketing channels and campaigns bring us genuinely interested agencies.
- To measure and improve how this website performs and where visitors get stuck.
- To show relevant advertising to people who have shown interest in Upline.
- To keep records of our business contacts and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, and we require them to protect it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
| Attio | Our customer relationship management system. Demo requests and bookings are recorded here, along with the campaign information described above. |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Stores form submissions. |
| Slack | Notifies our team when someone submits the form or books a meeting. |
| Calendly | Handles meeting scheduling. |
| Google, Meta and Microsoft | The advertising and analytics providers listed above. |
| Vercel | Website hosting. |
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Your choices
- Cookies. Clear or block them in your browser settings at any time.
- Google Analytics. Install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, available from Google.
- Advertising. Adjust your ad settings with Google and Meta directly, or use the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com.
- Session replay. Microsoft Clarity offers an opt-out at clarity.microsoft.com.
- Email. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will.
We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for how to interpret them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it for certain purposes. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that law.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and booking records for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need them for legitimate business or legal reasons. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to each provider’s own retention settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business use by insurance professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and we will revise the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
